Dedicated exclusively to the study and research of the Bijagos Archipelago’s biodiversity, the Centre of Excellence advocates ecological sustainability and nurtures a community which embraces and engages with nature and with one another. The Centre warmly welcomes researchers, students of ecology and curious guests to be a part of its initiative towards better understanding and sharing precious knowledge of the diverse ecology of this wondrous archipelago.
